Not all payments are automatically refunded when you cancel FussionHost hosting services. This article discusses when refunds are automatically issued and what payment methods can be refunded.
Products purchased from Awake Host LTD may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified below in our refund policy. Some products have different policies or may not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid and will be reviewed by the Company. Please refer to the refund terms below for full details.
Once a cancellation becomes effective, Awake Host LTD cannot be held responsible for any data loss due to service suspension or termination.

Shared Hosting
VPS Hosting
WordPress Hosting
RDP/Windows VPS

Non-refundable during initial purchases or renewals:

Dedicated Servers
Domain registration fees
Refunds are still possible; however, after 7 days, the following charges apply:
15% Service Fee
IP Fee (if applicable)
Charges for the number of days the service was used
No refunds will be issued after 14 days of service usage.
If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it before closing your account.
Once the account is closed, refund eligibility is permanently void.
Refunds are not valid for:
Dedicated Server Plans
VDS Servers priced above $49.99
Administrative or setup fees
Control panels & addons (cPanel, ISPmanager, CyberPanel Addons, Plesk)
SSL Certificates
Domain registrations
Domain renewals
Additional limitations:
Refunds apply only to the first package for accounts less than 30 days old.
Accounts with more than one hosting order are not eligible for refunds.
Example: Buying 3 VPS servers, using them for 20 days, and requesting a refund is not allowed.
Account credit deposits / Add funds are non-refundable.
Services purchased using promo codes or special discounted links are non-refundable.

Full Refund: Within 3-4 hours of purchase.
Partial Refund: After 3-4 hours → prorated refund based on unused service term (up to 7 days maximum).

Download/upload speed issues (often external factors)
Ordering without consulting support for compatibility

Non-refundable due to irreversible blockchain transactions.
If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be credited as account balance, not cryptocurrency.
Refunds may incur transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider.
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
