This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance regarding the transmission of unsolicited commercial messages. To protect our network's reputation and ensure high deliverability for all clients, strictly enforce these guidelines. This policy applies to all services provided by AwakeHost and all affiliates, employees, and partners promoting our brand.

AwakeHost strictly prohibits the use of our services, or the use of third-party services to promote AwakeHost, for the dissemination of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or "spam."

Strict Prohibition on Bulk Methods:

While certain jurisdictions utilize "opt-out" legislation, AwakeHost adheres to a higher standard of consent. You may not use purchased lists, rented lists, or scraped email addresses. All recipients must have provided explicit, verifiable consent (Opt-In) to receive communications from you.

Prohibited Activities:

Violations that jeopardize our network integrity include, but are not limited to:

• Email Spam: Sending bulk emails to recipients who have not requested information.
• Social Media Spam: Automated posting or unsolicited direct messaging (DMing) on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
• Forum & Comment Spam: Posting irrelevant promotional links in forum threads, blog comments, or newsgroups.
• False Headers: Forging email headers or spoofing IP addresses to obscure the origin of the message.
• Chain Letters & Pyramid Schemes: Promoting "get rich quick" schemes or multi-level marketing structures via unsolicited means.

Consequences of Violation:

To protect our IP reputation and our compliant users, AwakeHost reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any entity found in violation of this policy. This includes the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions and the suspension of all services without refund.

By using our services or promoting our brand, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your communication practices.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AwakeHost, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of this Anti-Spam Policy or your violation of any applicable law regarding unsolicited communication (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL).

AwakeHost actively monitors for abuse. If we suspect an account is generating spam, or if we receive abuse complaints regarding your account, we may suspend access pending an investigation.

We cooperate fully with legal authorities and internet service providers (ISPs) in the investigation of illegal spamming activities. We reserve the right to review usage logs and content to verify compliance with this policy.
